รูปแบบและวิธีการจัดส่งสินค้า

Winmax ได้เตรียมการจัดส่งที่รวดเร็วและปลอดภัยให้ลูกค้าได้เลือกใช้บริการประกอบด้วย บริษัทไปรษณีย์ไทย บริษัทเคอรี่เอ็กเพรส และบริการขนส่งเอกชนต่างๆ.

การรับประกันสินค้า/เงื่อนไขนโยบาย

1. การประกันสินค้า ลูกค้าจะต้องนำใบรับประกัน วอยด์ประกัน และ บิลการชำระเงิน ที่ออกจากทางร้าน/บริษัทผู้จัดจำหน่าย เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานแสดงวันที่ซื้อสินค้า โดยสามารถส่งสินค้ามาเคลมประกันได้ทางไปรษณีย์ หรือนำมาเคลมประกันได้ด้วยตัวท่านเองที่สำนักงานขาย (ลูกค้าจะต้องรับผิดชอบในส่วนของค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งสินค้ามาเคลมประกัน และค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งสินค้าคืน กรณีส่งคืนสินค้าทางไปรษณีย์หรือขนส่งเอกชน)

สินค้าที่ไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขประกันสินค้า
(1) ระยะเวลาประกันสินค้า จะระบุในใบประกันสินค้า วอยด์ประกัน และ บิลการชำระเงิน
(2) หากเกิน ระยะเวลากำหนด, มีการฉีกขาดของวอยประกัน, วันที่หาย, สินค้าถูกงัดแกะหรือมี ร่องรอยบนผลิตภัณฑ์ถือว่าการประกันสินค้าสิ้นสุดในทุกกรณี
(3) เกิดจากการใช้งานผิดปรกติ, ผิดประเภท, ไฟตก, ไฟกระชาก, บอร์ดไหม้, ไม่รับประกันสายต่อพ่วง เป็นต้น

2. การเปลี่ยนสินค้า
- กรณีสินค้าอยู่ในประกันแต่มีอาการเสีย หลังใช้งานได้ไม่เกิน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันซื้อ ทางผู้ขายจะเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ใหม่ทันที หากเกิน 7 วัน จะเป็นประกันซ่อมฟรีไม่มีค่าอะไหล่หรือค่าซ่อม โดยอยู่ในเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้
- สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม พร้อมกล่องและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยไม่มีตำหนิใดๆ
- การเปลี่ยนสินค้าเป็นรุ่น และชนิดอื่นๆ ซึ่งเกิดจากกรณีที่ลูกค้าใช้งานสินค้ารุ่นดังกล่าวไม่ได้ หรือไม่ได้รับความพึงพอใจในสินค้า จะต้องไม่เกิน 3 วัน และสินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าที่มีราคาเท่ากัน หรือสูงกว่าเท่านั้น
- สินค้าจะต้องเสียจากการทำงานของตัวเครื่องโดยตรง ที่ไม่เกิดจากการใช้งานของทางลูกค้า เช่น การใช้งานผิดประเภท, ทำตกกระแทกมีส่วนแตกหัก, น้ำเข้า, ความประมาทที่เกิดจากการใช้งานของลูกค้า, พบสิ่งของแปลกปลอมในตัวเครื่อง ร่องรอยซึ่งเกิดจากของแข็ง เป็นต้น

3. การซ่อมสินค้า กรณีสินค้าหมดประกัน หรือสินค้าไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขการประกัน โดยผู้ขายจะแจ้งค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมสินค้า เพื่อให้ผู้ซื้อพิจารณา

4. ระยะเวลาในการซ่อม สินค้าแต่ละรายการจะใช้เวลาในการซ่อมไม่เท่ากัน ผู้ขายจะแจ้งระยะเวลาการซ่อม โดยประมาณ ให้ลูกค้าทราบหลังส่งซ่อมแล้ว

5. การส่งสินค้าคืน หลังการซ่อมสินค้าเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว
- ส่งคืนให้ฟรี หากสินค้า เปลี่ยนเพราะใช้งานไม่ได้ ที่อยู่ในระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 7 วัน
- มีค่าส่ง หากสินค้าใช้งานได้ปกติ ที่อาจเกิดจากการไม่เข้าใจการใช้งานของลูกค้า
- มีค่าส่ง หากเป็นการเช็คซ่อม หลังลูกค้าใช้งานไม่ได้เกิน 7 วัน มาแล้ว
- กรณีซ่อมนอกเงื่อนไขการประกัน ทางร้านจะไม่ส่งสินค้าคืน หากลูกค้ายังไม่ได้ชำระค่าจัดส่ง ยกเว้นมารับสินค้าคืนหน้าร้าน

การรับประกันสินค้าสิ้นสุดลงเมื่อ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน หรือ ใบรับประกันสินค้าหาย สติ๊กเกอร์รับประกันสินค้าที่ติดกับตัวสินค้าฉีกขาด
